الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى اختبار نموذج طيفي لفهم العلاقة بين الأزمات السياسية وتصاعد الخطاب غير الليبرالي، مُميِّزاً بين استراتيجيتين: "استغلال الأزمات" و"صناعة الخوف". اعتمد البحث على منهجية مختلطة مع تصميم مقارن شمل أربع دول (النمسا، ألمانيا، المجر، الولايات المتحدة) ومجالين للسياسات (الهجرة وكوفيد-19).

تم تحليل 2,847 نصاً سياسياً باستخدام دليل تشفير مخصص ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة، مع تحليل إحصائي تضمن الارتباطات المتقاطعة، ونماذج الانحدار متعدد المستويات، وتحليل السلاسل الزمنية. أظهرت النتائج أن المؤشرات الإدراكية (القلق الجماهيري) كانت المتنبئ الأقوى للخطاب غير الليبرالي (β = 0.62, p < 0.001) مقارنة بالمؤشرات الموضوعية (β = 0.18, p = 0.12). وكشفت تحليلات الفجوات الزمنية عن وجود تأثير سببي للخطاب على القلق يتقدمه بشهر واحد (r = 0.73 عند Lag = 1)، مما يدعم فرضية صناعة الخوف، خاصة في السياقات الوطنية ضعيفة المؤسسات.
