Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of modern training methods in the success of human resources programs by analyzing the impact of these methods on developing employees’ capabilities, improving job performance, and enhancing the efficiency of human resources within organizations.

The study was based on the following research problem: To what extent do modern training methods contribute to the success and effectiveness of human resources programs?

The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, which was considered appropriate to the nature of the research topic. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection instrument and was administered to a representative sample of the study population.

The collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, including arithmetic means, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients, in order to test the study hypotheses and reach accurate results.

The study reached several findings, the most important of which was that the use of modern training methods—such as e-training, interactive training, and competency-based learning—has a statistically significant positive effect on the success of human resources programs. This effect was reflected in improved job performance, increased employee motivation, and the development of employees’ cognitive and behavioral skills.

The findings also indicated that organizations relying primarily on traditional training methods are less capable of achieving sustainable development of their human resources.

In light of these findings, the study recommends adopting modern training methods and integrating them with the overall human resources management strategies. It also recommends providing the necessary technological infrastructure for training and conducting periodic evaluations of training programs to measure their impact on organizational performance.

Furthermore, the study recommends conducting future research addressing other variables related to training, such as organizational culture and administrative leadership.
